TROUBLESHOOTING

If the cleaner is not operating correctly and cannot be corrected by following the troubleshooting procedures in section 9.0 of the instruction manual or for any other reason you suspect a malfunction with the cleaner switch it off and remove the plug from the socket outlet. Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself. All electrical repairs must be carried out by qualified service agents or electricians. 

Whether the appliance is within warranty or not the first step is to notify the supplier of the problem. If the appliance was purchased through an agent or reseller you should notify them and provide any sales and warranty documentation. 

If the appliance was purchased directly from Condor Trading Pty Ltd you should send a brief description of the symptoms of the problem to us through the "Customer Support" page of this website. The tab for the Customer Support webpage will only appear in the menu when a registered account holder is signed in. You will be provided with a coupon number and further instructions with respect to any service agents in the locality. If there is no service agent in your locality we will make spare parts and assembly documentation available to any licensed electrician or tool service centre provided they quote the coupon number. Non electrical type spare parts are available to registered account holders to purchase directly.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Subject to the warranty conditions below, this appliance (hereinafter called “the Product”) is warranted by Condor Technologies Trading Pty Ltd (hereinafter called “the Company”) to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase covering parts only. The purchaser shall be responsible for any removal or installation charges relating to the said parts. Repair or replacement of the said parts is the limit of the liability of the Company.

Except as specifically set forth herein the Company makes no warranty, either expressed or implied as to any matter whatsoever including without limitation any and all warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or other warranties, all of which are expressly disclaimed and excluded. Under the terms of this warranty, the repair or replacement of any part shall be at the sole discretion of the Company or its authorised agent. Should service become necessary during the warranty period, the owner should contact the company or the authorised agent from which the product was purchased.  In order to obtain warranty service, the owner must present the original sales documentation to confirm date of purchase and supply the appliance serial number. This warranty is not transferable and is available to the original purchaser only. No agent or dealer selling this product as principal has any authority from the Company to give any additional warranty or guarantee on the Company’s behalf except as herein contained or herein referred to.

Warranty Conditions

This warranty only applies provided that the Product has been used in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations under normal use and reasonable care (in the opinion of the Company) and such warranty does not cover damage, malfunction or failure resulting from:

misuse, neglect, abuse, failure to properly maintain the Product, failure to observe all of the warnings outlined in the instruction manual for the Product or on any labels affixed to the product; or used for a purpose for which it was not designed or is not suited; and no repairs, alterations or modifications have been attempted by other than an Authorised Service Agent of the manufacturer. This guarantee will not apply if the tool is damaged by accident or if repairs arise from normal wear and tear. The Company accepts no additional liability pursuant to this warranty for the costs of transport or transportation or freight of the Product or parts to and from the service dealer or agent — which costs are not included in this warranty.

Certain legislation, give rights to the buyer and impose liability on the seller in certain circumstances. Nothing herein shall have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying any condition, warranty, right or liability imposed, to the extent only that such exclusion, restriction or modification would render any term herein void.

This warranty shall not apply if the Product was supplied for personal, domestic or household use and is then used in a commercial, industrial or other high use application.

No Consequential Loss

 The company shall not be liable to the purchaser or any other person for any consequential loss, damage or costs incurred or suffered by the purchaser or any other person from any cause whatsoever.
