New stainless steel pumps for the commercial model (VP24-D1R) Recycleaner have been manufactured and are now fitted to all machines being sold. These pumps represent a significant advance in the capabilities of the appliance. Careful design has resulted in a pump that self primes even when dry and can pump water from a level up to 3 metres below the pump. The pumps are corrosion resistant with stainless steel pump head and can handle a wide range of cleaning reagents between 2 and 12 pH. Bronze cylinders virtually eliminate cylinder wear. Specially developed and manufactured seals are incorporated in the pump. These pumps have undergone stringent performance and endurance testing and will operate at 5.5 litres/min at 1350 psi.
